Community Hopped Cider

Dry hopped cider made with apples and pears.

Community

LIMITED RELEASE!

A true community cider, made with apples and pears gathered from our country neighbors.  In a world where we are all so busy – often not taking the time to get to know our neighbors, or only knowing them through social media – this process brought us closer together and made it feel more human.  It was surprising the number of varieties of apples that we were able to find, over 13 varieties in this cider!  This cider was fun to make!

Batch No. 4

Sweet, floral, banana notes.

Limited release.

Batch No. 4

A single varietal Haralson cider. Semi-sweet with floral notes and hints of banana. Before Batch No. 4 was fully fermented, we “cold crashed” it to retain some natural sweetness.

Ready for sunshine & campfires!

Looking forward to 2025s special releases!

Now bottling

In late winter we bottle the harvest driven ferments from the prior apple season. We have some new ferments in store!
