Tallgrass Cider was the natural evolution of our organic orcharding journey. After 9 years tending organic apples, Tallgrass Cider was introduced in Fall 2020. With the 2022 harvest we expanded to add family partners and continue to see where this passion and journey takes us.

Our 2024 ferments are all bottled up, 2025 harvest is in and we’re wrapping pressing season. Winter 2025 is for fermenting, the next new release and celebrating the holidays with some local ciders!
